Webex’s emergency roll service delivers precision idler rolls in record time, helping OEMs to complete converting machinery orders or converters and printers to get process lines up and running again. WEB-EXpress roll orders, limited to six precision idler rolls of the same size, are guaranteed to be shipped within 48 hours. Pacesetter orders, also limited to six idlers, are guaranteed to ship within 10 days. All WEB-EXpress and Pacesetter orders must come from the Webex Idler Master Catalog. The Idler Master Catalog includes standard steel, aluminum, lightweight and ultralight aluminum idlers. Rolls are available in both live and dead shaft configurations and are presented in over 200 different combinations of roll and shaft diameters, wall thicknesses and face lengths. WEB-EXpress orders must be specified as “WEB-EXpress 48-HOUR” to qualify.
